Time to Declare an Economic State of Emergency!

Fuel was sold in one city in the US for 47 CENTS for a gallon. Yup, you read that right. And it's predicted to fall even lower.

I ask again: isn't it time for PMB to declare an Economic State of Emergency?? Where is our Finance Minister???
